BRIGHTON HOMES – LAKES OF BELLA TERRA WIN AT GHBA 2010 HOUSTON'S BEST AWARDS

Over 100 awards were presented to Houston area builders at the GHBA 2010 Houston's Best Awards Show at the House of Blues on September 18th and Brighton Homes' model in the Lakes of Bella Terra Community was a big winner in the Interior Merchandising Category.

Brighton Homes' Lakes of Bella Terra – Montabello Section model home was the winner in the category for "Volume Builder Interior Merchandising for a Model Home - $250,000 - $300,000". This model features a soaring fireplace wall and two story windows in the family room. The layout of the model appeals to a multi-generational family with a second bedroom downstairs and a comfy media room for the whole family to enjoy movie night. Upstairs there is a motorcycle enthusiast dream room and a girl's room reminiscent of a Hawaiian sunset. "When designing this model, we used a lot of warm tones of butterscotch and chocolate with coral accents to invite buyers in and make them feel at home," said Brighton Homes Interior Designer, Linda Willard, who accepted the award.

Brighton Homes offers two distinct product lines priced from the $170s and $270s in two sections in Lakes of Bella Terra. In the Bella Florence section, Brighton offers twelve of its most popular floor plans priced from the $170s to $200s. The plans include 1800 to 2800 square feet of living space with three, four and five bedrooms, bonus rooms and flex room options. In the Montabello section, Brighton offers ten distinct floor plans that are priced from the $270s to $300s and range in size from 3000 to over 4000 square feet.
