On Saturday, October 20th, Lakes of Bella Terra opened its doors to a special 3-weekend only event, appropriately named the Million Dollar Homes
Showcase.
Headlining the event was the grand opening of 3 Estate Custom Homes on the waterfront at Lakes of Bella Terra, West Houston’s premier new resort-style
community.
Since they will only be open to the public during the Million Dollar Homes Showcase, the Estate Custom Homes generated tremendous excitement among
prospective buyers, brokers and “browsers” with an eye for fine design.
“This was the moment so many people have been waiting for all year long,” said Lisa Clark, Vice President of Ryko Development, Houston’s 2007
“Developer of the Year”. “I’m proud to say that our Estate Custom Homes certainly lived up to their hype. The good news for those unable to attend
last weekend is that they will be open for tours for two more weekends.”
The grand opening of the Estate Custom Homes, however, was only part of the big draw for guests of the Million Dollar Homes Showcase. Many also toured
up to 10 decorated Executive Home models at Lakes of Bella Terra as well as the community’s multi-million dollar Recreation Center. A lot of people
also took advantage of the classes on Home Finance, Home Décor and Landscaping that were held throughout the community.
The Million Dollar Homes Showcase at Lakes of Bella Terra is in its final two weekends. Special tour hours are Saturday, October 27 from 11 to 5;
Sunday October 28 from 12 to 5. Saturday, November 3 from 11 to 5; Sunday November 4 from 12 to 5.
Lakes of Bella Terra is emerging as “the place to live” in West Houston, due to its prime location, vast array of home choices, and world-class
