The weekend so many homebuyers and design aficionados in West Houston have been waiting for is here. Lakes of Bella Terra’s Million Dollar Homes
Showcase begins this Saturday, October 20th and Sunday, October 21st.
The Million Dollar Homes Showcase is a 3-weekend only Grand Opening of Estate Custom Homes at Lakes of Bella Terra, West Houston’s premier new
resort-community.
During three consecutive weekends, three spectacular waterfront homes will be open for tours, and the custom builders will be on hand to meet
visitors, present their vision and answer questions. In addition, guests are invited to take classes on Home Finance, Home Décor and Landscaping.
During all three weekends of the Million Dollar Homes Showcase, Lakes of Bella Terra will have special tour hours: Saturday, October 20 from 11 to 5;
Sunday, October 21 from 12-5. Saturday, October 27 from 11 to 5; Sunday October 28 from 12 to 5. Saturday, November 3 from 11 to 5; Sunday November 4
from 12 to 5.
The Estate Custom Homes are located in a gated enclave within Lakes of Bella Terra and are designed by Houston’s premier custom builders: Masterpiece
Custom Builders Ltd., Ronny Carroll Custom Homes and Westport Homes. Each of these builders is known for creating stunning, one-of-a-kind designs that
reflect the tastes and desires of Houston’s most discerning homebuyers.
The Estate Custom Homes at Lakes of Bella Terra boast lavish features and finishes, including outdoor kitchens and fireplaces, covered verandas and
